Moxie: An E-zine with Attitude!https://members.tripod.com/~majormoxie/My bottom line: thumbs up.
There's some real fine poetry here. Behind the pink front page, with the cutesy animated heart, you find a clean, very journal-standard, set of pages with poetry and prose to fit your moods. Though there is the Yoda-inspired last line of the poem "Fear Not the Darkness," the rest of the poetry is unfettered, not too cluttered, and very clear in cutting the reader a slice of pathos. Most notable are: "Tomato Grit," "Torch Lily," and "The Smell of my House" (sic). The works are generally unpretentious and generally quite good. I checked out each one, which I believe is a great compliment for any e-zine, let alone any more established venue. The design is quick and clean; the navigation standard and effective.
