My bottom lines:

Design: very 'ziney, fat graphics, basicbasic HTML, fuck that Photoshop shit.
Content: dadaist poetry and a picture or two.
Damn, sure does remind me of high-school... When we used to photocopy 'zines at the local grocery store. This stuff is fun, punk-edged poetry, bright colors, un-cut graphics. Not top-of-the-line, but true to the nature of the 'zine.

You are greeted with a scanned in image of a pencil-drawing. Wait. Woah. There's something different here. There's something real post-modern here: turning hand-drawn art to computer art? Or someone having a scanner before they have Photoshop or Illustrator? Ah, the PM irony, for me was in the later...

And the obvious admission: "oh yeah BTW: WE BITE". That tells you something from the get-go. Nothing here will win a Pullitzer; let alone an ear from a publisher. But that's not a bad thing. Not at all! Poetry isn't for the publisher; it's for whoever reads it. When someone declares:

Liverurst,
Please understand
When i slammed the door on your nuts...
Pay me motherfucker big queen basketweaver.

You pretty much have an idea of what's going on. But it's not all like that. There's some lines that kinda take you. Oomph. Right there. But there's only a couple. And the poems are short, and it's worth the search.

There isn't a whole lot of content up as of yet. But the editor says that it's all in the works (at least there's no "Under Construction" sign up; if there was, I'd be coughing up bullets not praise). It won't take up much of your time. Give it a shot.
